APPELLATE REPRESENTATION
Nearly all of David's practice is devoted to appeals and post judgment litigation. He is a proud member of the Appellate Lawyers Association, the Bar for the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Appellate Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. David handles a variety of Appellate Matters, to include Family Law, Domestic Violence, Guardianship, Small Claims, Criminal Defense and Termination of Parental Rights.

Midwest Appeals is a boutique Appellate Practice located in downtown Chicago that provides representation throughout the entire state of Illinois and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Illinois has nearly 60,000 attorney's, but less than 0.5% are members of Illinois' Appellate Lawyer's Association. This is what makes my practice unique; appeals are the only thing I do.
